The Atlantic Salmon Conservation Foundation is pleased to inform you of Alcool New Brunswick Liquor’s (ANBL) Protect Our Rivers sales event, a fundraising partnership with the ASCF that will provide funding to volunteer community groups, and others engaged in the conservation of New Brunswick rivers and streams. The Protect our Rivers sales event will run between Monday, August 27^th to Sunday, September 30^th, inclusive.

NB Liquor is taking a two-level approach to raising funds for Protect our Rivers.  The first will be through a prompt-at-cash program being held in NB Liquor stores late in September, and the second is through a contribution from several products made possible by various product suppliers. See below for a full list of eligible products.

We are also very happy to announce that Picaroons has created a special product called “Upstream Ale” specifically for the Protect our Rivers event. A portion of the proceeds of Upstream Ale will also add to the conservation funds realized through the sale.

One hundred percent of funds from the Protect our Rivers sale will be distributed to conservation projects in New Brunswick beginning in 2013 through the ASCF funding application process.
