Note to Tubers

As the tubing season opens, MSA asks that Miramichi Tubers be mindful of our cold water pools along the river. These cold water habitats are a critical refuge for salmon and it is important they not be disrupted.

INVASIVE SPECIES ALERT!

Smallmouth bass pose a severe threat to the entire Miramichi system, especially brook trout and Atlantic salmon. If you catch one: retain the fish, note your location (GPS coordinates if possible), and report to DFO immediately by calling 1-866-759-6600.
